All purchases that total over $50 at Taverner Motorsports Australia come with FREE standard postage Australia-wide unless otherwise specified in the item description, or they are excluded from the offer (see below for details). If the total purchase is below $50, an additional shipping charge will be required for postage.
Express post is offered on a broad range of products and can be selected at checkout for an extra fee.
If you have any special requirements for postage, please get in touch with us so that we may provide a quote or estimate of any extra costs that may be involved upfront (i.e. postage insurance).
We are happy to accept pickups from our shop situated at 159 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006. Please indicate pickup at the time of checkout, you will be contacted when your order is ready to be collected. This is usually the same day, however, it can take 1-2 business days depending on how busy we are.
We endeavour to dispatch all items within 1 day of receiving payment. If your item is unavailable or there is an unforeseen delay we will contact you to via phone or email. We use Express Post eParcel service for standard express shipping which is faster than average eParcel shipping but does NOT guarantee next-day delivery. If you require next day delivery, please call us to arrange a possible next day delivery.
We will not be held responsible for late delivery due to a fault of the delivery service used.
Standard and free shipping is sent via Australia Post eParcel. We also offer express delivery methods via Australia Post Express and StarTrack Air Express for an extra charge. Bulky items, heavy items (e.g. Tyres), and dangerous items will be sent via StarTrack Road Express for an extra charge. We are committed to providing our customers with the best delivery. In circumstances where an item is unsuitable to be delivered via chosen shipping method (e.g. item is too large for StarTrack Air Express), we will ship the item via the next best option.
All parcels contain a tracking number and require the customer’s signature upon delivery. If you wish to have Australia Post or StarTrack leave the item without a signature (authority to leave), please advise us in the notes section of your order. EasyR Australia will not be held responsible for any items that are misplaced or stolen if you choose this option.
Insurance & Lost or Damage in Transit
We will do our best to safely package your item so that it arrives undamaged. For your and our protection, all items are sent requiring a signature on delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly inspect the item for damage prior to signing and accepting the delivery, if any damage is suspected then refuse to sign and notify us. On opening, if any damage is found on the item then you are required to notify us within 5 days of receiving the delivery. If we are not notified within 5 days of you receiving the delivery we will be unable to process a claim for replacement or repair.
Once the item has been installed or used any defect or damage to the item will not be covered. If the customer requests for the item to be left without a signature at an unattended location then to the extent permitted by law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), we accept no liability and you will not hold us responsible for any loss, damage or other liability occasioned to any items or any claims by you, the Receiver by you choosing to have the goods left at an unattended location and not signed for.
Free Shipping Exclusions
While most items are qualified for free shipping on orders over $50, some items may be too heavy, bulky or dangerous to be sent by our standard shipping service. These items are excluded from the free shipping offer and will incur extra shipping fees. Such items may include but are not limited to tyres, wheels, exhausts, engines, oils & other chemicals.
